I am consistently going over my sugars allowance for the day, however, I am eating lots of fruit and very little if any refined sugars. No processed foods or even sugar in tea! Has anyone else encountered this issue, and perhaps more to the point has anyone any ideas on how to solve this? Cheers
Hey all, simple reason for being here. After getting married and leaving an active job I have piled on way too many pounds. Need to shift around 20lb, (1St 6lb) or 10Kg of you a metric person, so joined MFP and hopefully will see some progress soon. Cheers
