Tropical Green Monster
Needing some massive vitamins in the system ~ as I am fighting either allergies or a cold. Started craving this yesterday but decided to make it this morning. Glad I did! 1 banana 1 cup frozen pineapple 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup fresh spinach Blend well (I use a ninja) YUM!

Ha1 No this is not a ploy to get you to buy it, I am not a "dealer"! =) I do have friends who sell it but I tried and found it only increased my hunger ~ I don't need help in that area!! Am I missing something? Is it fabulous or just yet another gimmick?
