Ive been drinking fat free for a long time. Would it be healthier to switch to whole milk if I'm exercising on a consistent basis?
So if I have a small glass of OJ in the morning and then a chocolate chip Clif Bar in the afternoon for a snack, I'm over my sugar limit for the day. Whats a realistic goal to have for sugar in my diet?
Brand new to MFP, feels good to exercise again. I'm confused by having a goal of 1200+ net calories. I ate a healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack. Im still very short on reaching net calories.
