Ok, I need some ideas about how to jumpstart a metabolism! I have been watching calories/exercising (minimally, starting slow) for over 10 days and haven't lost a single pound or even remotely lost it in measurements. Any great ideas on how to get my metabolism to speed up and give me a break?
