I've been battling with the last 4-5 pounds, my diet hasn't been great. I even upped my calorie intake, now I need to make healthier choices. I'm craving wayyyy to much sweets. I continue to hear stay at a deficit what does that mean?What deficit should my caloric intake be at, so that I am safe??? 200 or 100??? Not sure? Lately Ive been eating over my limit and I'm a Little less motivated. :ohwell: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:

I don't wanna loose my bum!!!
So, I am at a plateau, I am at my last 4-5 pounds, and I just cant get it off. I suck I documenting my food diary but the last few days I have, and I have eaten that way, all the time. I don't want to loose my bum or my thighs any more than I have. Any suggestions????, I need a flatter tummy and tone it up as well,.
