Any postpartum mommies trying to get in shape?
I've got about 50 lbs to lose to get back to my pre baby weight. Then I'd like to lose an additional 30! I've found it a real challenge to find motivation as a new mom. Any other new moms (or women looking to lose the same amount of weight) want to be friends/start a group?

I started slim in 6 about 4 weeks ago and so far I have "only" lost 11 pounds... But I can fit into jeans I haven't worn in two years! Recently I have been getting very, very sore after work outs. Could this be a health problem, or is it just my body adjusting? The pain…

Hitting a brick wall- and family isn't helping :(
Why does it seem when someone insults me or points out how much weight I have gained, instead of motivating me, it just makes me turn to food more? I am battling binge eating multiple times a day. I wish that my family would realize how much it is hurting me when they make nasty comments. The worst thing is, I actually…

Workouts to help perk up your (ahem) breasts?
I am 100% serious! What muscles should I focus on to perk my girls up? As a woman who has an ample chest, I worry that if I lose weight they will become saggy. Does anyone have any advice or exercises that have helped them?
