Workouts to help perk up your (ahem) breasts?

I am 100% serious! What muscles should I focus on to perk my girls up? As a woman who has an ample chest, I worry that if I lose weight they will become saggy. Does anyone have any advice or exercises that have helped them?

  • I have the same question, so bumping this one!

The answer I've had in the past is that no, there's nothing you can do to specifically make them more pert. However, training your chest muscles will help to give them more definition and at least give the appearance that they're bigger and more pert.

My problem isn't so much about making them bigger (they're big enough!) but more about excess skin. I'm only 24 but I'm not totally confident in my skin staying tight if I was to lose the amount of weight I'm aiming for.

So bumping this to see what others' thoughts are :-) x

Okay! so what about us older people lol? I am 44, 3 children plus nursing school. breast fed aIl 3 and saggy is there any hope? I am def going to work on chest and back muscles but not feeling to confident about it:sad: I have in the past lost 80lbs only to gain 75 of it back. currently I have lost approx 52 lbs of it. slowly! so hoping that I can naturally enhance the girls with exercise. any suggestions would be great.

from everything i have read there is not much fixing saggy breasts other than surgery :-(

my plan is to get down to the weight i want then after some other bills are paid off save for a lift and probably implants if needed to keep the size i have now...finally got used to my c cups and dont want to lose my size.
