Ok I had the gastric sleeve in June. I’m currently in a stall. Fluctuating between 216-219 every other day.
Did you start with the 9 week prep schedule or just dive right in? If you just dove in, what was your fitness level like before beginning?
I'm looking to lose 50 more pounds with diet and exercise. I know that I need cardio, so I've been doing Zumba religiously. I'm looking to kick up my workout so which one of those plans would be best for someone looking to lose a large amount of weight. Thanks in advance. :)
