Shift work & weight loss
Hi everyone!! I work shift work (4 weeks days, 4 weeks nights).. I don't seem to have any problems eating/tracking my diet on days.. but I seem to have problems on nights... I log stuff under breakfast/dinner.. and lots under snacks. I find my snacks are bad.. Any suggestions??

Hello everyone!! I've decided to try myfitnesspal to help me just drop those pesky last 10 lbs and keep them away forever! I think I'm starting to get this thing figured out.. but only time will tell I guess.. So far... down .2 lbs!! Every little bit helps.. :)

Weight & Body Fat
So I'm working on decreasing my weight by a few lbs.. So here are my stats.. 161.8 lbs.. 33% body fat (so says the bathroom scale).. I do 20 min on my spin bike the days I work.. 30 - 40 min on my days off 30 min of weights (various exercises, 10lb weights) I walk to and from work.. (30 min each way).. Usually my weight…
