Weight & Body Fat

So I'm working on decreasing my weight by a few lbs..

So here are my stats..

161.8 lbs..
33% body fat (so says the bathroom scale)..

I do 20 min on my spin bike the days I work..
30 - 40 min on my days off
30 min of weights (various exercises, 10lb weights)

I walk to and from work.. (30 min each way)..

Usually my weight fluctuates.. but this time I've been stuck at my weight for about a good 3-4 months..
