Multivitamins and Minerals - worthwhile?
I guess with watching calories it's going to be easy to find that our diets are deficient in certain nutrients ( in fact may have been already ). Any views on benefits of multvitamins and minerals whilst watching those calories / weighloss?

"Diet" Carbonated drinks
Hi, I guess my vice would be diet carbonated drinks ( Diet Coke / Dr Pepper Zero and Pepsi Max ) and in fact drink very little water. Just curious if anyone had any experience with diet drinks and in particular replacing them with fruit squash ( not sure I'm ready for plain water just yet ). regards Jon
