Hopeless
So, starting MFP in April I ended up losing something like 15kgs by July/August due to healthy eating and lots of exercise. However, I fell off the bandwagon and began eating normally. It's been a month of not so good eating, but continuous regimes of exercise (4 times a week) and I've seen 4-5 kgs return on to my body.…

Stuck
I feel really de-motivated this week. Each week for the last 15ish weeks I've lost around a kilo to a kilo and a half. Except this week I've infact 'gained' 1 kg, according to the scales this morning. I'm feeling so down about it, because I've still got 12kgs to go.
