Since it's so nice out I've been walking to the gym & the walk is a total of 60 minutes to & from the gym. Should I be recording this for exercise? I'm not power walking, just my average walking pace. The gym is usually where I do my major cardio. I prefer to do intervals on the treadmill or elliptical.
I just bought a New Balance N4 heart rate monitor with the transmitter strap for a more accurate reading of the calories I burn while exercising.
