Since it's so nice out I've been walking to the gym & the walk is a total of 60 minutes to & from the gym. Should I be recording this for exercise? I'm not power walking, just my average walking pace. The gym is usually where I do my major cardio. I prefer to do intervals on the treadmill or elliptical.

A 60 min walk is an exercise in itself. I would totally be tracking that as part of my calories burned.0
