Question: How do you set your goals?
So far I've just been eating/exercising just to see some sort of difference. I feel like being organized by having a goal weight&date would help a ton. SO-How do you guys set your goal weights? I know keeping the jumps small & realistic is key but what's the best way to determine it? Any response would be fabulous :)
