Im sure most of you know how hard it is to find time to workout with a little one, I try and incorporate my little guy into my workouts, but i find that it is limited. Anybody have any ideas or things that they do!
I am twenty-two and I recently had a little boy six months ago. He is my everything, and even though he is just six months he keeps me busy. I am also going back to school, do get a different degree, and I work full time. Lets just say I have a full plate.
