What do you do for exercise and when? I have an 11 year old that plays on 2 baseball teams, an 15 month old, and I work 3 extended shift nights per week. Oatmeal Eaters
This morning for breakfast I tried Irish Oatmeal which i absolutely loved but eating the 1 cup serving (after cooking) was not enough. I added 2 teaspoons of brown sugar and cinnamon. Do you make the 1/4 cup serving or more? I also ate a small banana but still felt pretty cheated.

Help! Pasta servings
Hope someone can help me with this. I bought Whole Foods brand organic whole wheat fusilli and it is 200 calories for one cup dry. Does that mean it is 2 cups/serving cooked? Thanks in advance for your help.
