I am an 18 year old male and trying to go from 195lbs to about 170lbs. I have always been very impatient so I'm trying to get to my goal as fast as possible. How to keep it off?
I am back on the weight loss path again and I don't want to have to do it again. I realize this is a lifestyle choice and all but what am I going to have to do to keep it off once I'm there? How often will I have to exercise, and will I be able to eat the foods I would like to as long as I limit the portion?
