Going over your protein goal
I was wondering if anybody knew if it's bad to go over your protein goal for the day. I generally go over in that area each day. I'm under all the others, just protein. GGGGRRRRR SCALE!!!
Ok, ok I try and tell myself not to pay too much attention to the scale and focus on how I feel. But I'm still upset that 2 weeks in a row I haven't even lost 1 sticken pound! I've been eating well and under my calorie goal everyday and I exercise for 1 hr at least 4xs a week. 2x's being with a trainer. What gives?! I know…

Strenght Training
I just added today's workout to my page, and because it's all strength training it gave me no credit for minutes and calories burned. Anyone know if I can fix that? I know I worked my butt off for a full hour.
