As someone who did weight watchers i am used to have 'weekly points' i was wondering if anyone counts their calories on a weekly basis as well. If you have extras left maybe save them for another day. or do you just start each day over

Just a little walking?
I work from home so I have a pretty sedentary life from 9-5. Which I did put on my fitness pal profile so I have less calories. I do go and work out a few times a week, but I am wondering that if I make time to go take some short 10 minute walks throughout the day am I able to count those as calories burned? I didn't know…
