Just a little walking?

I work from home so I have a pretty sedentary life from 9-5. Which I did put on my fitness pal profile so I have less calories. I do go and work out a few times a week, but I am wondering that if I make time to go take some short 10 minute walks throughout the day am I able to count those as calories burned? I didn't know since they are not really working out just getting out for 10 minutes at a time and walking the dog.

you can count them but it will most likely be very minimal0

If it were me, I would count them. They aren't going to add up to a ton of calories, but they still matter and are a great step toward a healthier lifestyle! If you were already doing them prior to joining MFP, maybe try doing one more a day or something like that just to up it a bit from your previous habits.0
