weight loss confusion
So for the past month-ish I have been using this site. I've been tracking my food/calories and exercise. The thing is... I'm not really losing as much weight as the site anticipates. I've lost 4 pounds but it says I should have lost a lot more according to the amount of calories I take in and how many I burn the site says.…

Hungry days off
How is it that I eat more on my days off (the days I'm not active) then the days I do work (the days I am active). I just don't understand. I try really hard to stay under my calorie goal on my days off but I'm just too hungry! I eat stuff like carrots and it helps but not a ton. Any ideas?
