Day 57, 30 lbs down!
I am so pumped. Nearly half way to my goal. Not even two months into it. I credit it all to being obsessive. I nearly never go over my calorie goal. 1 Month MFP anniversary
1 month, sticking to the diet portion of MFP very closely. Working out a few times until I got sick, getting back after it when I know I can do so without coughing up a lung. 19 lbs down, 53 to go. I am excited! :)

MFP has a caloric deficit built in for weight loss, I get that. Working out burns up some of those calories and can widen the deficit to an unhealthy level.
