Any PCOS women who've had their BMR measured?
I have PCOS. I'm at BMI 29 and have never had my BMR tested. I need to buy a new belt
I'm on the smallest hole on my current belt. No more buying men's belts since they come in XXL! Also, I totally wore my tightest pair of jeans straight out of the dryer. That was impossible 2 months ago.

Record weight daily?
I like to weigh myself every morning and I know weight can fluctuate but it's so hard to then go in and record a gain, even if it's a small amount. Do you weigh yourself daily and if so, do you record the gains or just the losses? One plus side to recording everything is then you have detailed charts to track how it goes…

Does your skin shrink with you?
I posted this in another topic but I feel it will get buried there. Does your skin naturally tighten up as you lose the weight? I'm scared that I'll end up with a skin bag once I'm done.
