SO is there an estimate on calories burned for an hour of hot vinyasa yoga? I've been estimating about 200 max, and that feels about right, but I could be wrong.

I'm 5'9". I am aiming for 150lbs but will probably be happy between 160-170.

A ring I wear every day is starting to slip on my finger. My belt no longer was doing a good job even on the tightest hole.

From the way the guidelines are written I think saytrakk, the person who created this challenge, will post the special points challenges. For the weight training there is a section to record strength training in your exercises, so even though it doesn't take away calories you can still track it.
