how to log foods with marinades?

One suggestion I saw was to weigh the marinade before and after adding and removing the items to be marinaded.0

I guess I would need a food scale for that huh?

I figure what is actually on my plate. If i eat a small piece of meat i usually use a tablespoon of marinade, or sauce or gravy.0

I make sure to measure how much I'm using and then divide that by however many servings I had.0
