!!HELP!! in so confused!
Hey everyone. I'm new to the whole iifym stuff. My friend read about it and has lost 60 lbs while building tons on muscle. A little lost at figuring out exactly what counts I need to be eating a day. I'm 30 with 28% body fat and 5'3. I've read several things and now I'm just confused! Thanks for any help given.

What does too much protein mean?
I seem to stay over my protein quite abit. Is this bad? Will it make it harder for me to loose a little fat? Any ideas on some good carb/fat recipes low on protein? HELP.

A dollar a workout!
A close friend of mine gave me the idea to put a jar out where I could see it and put a dollar in it every time I do a workout. As weight goals are reached take the money to buy a new peice of clothing! Keeps you motivated to workout and is a way to save. Have fun with it and good luck!!
