I've got a a HR and today it tells me that I've spent 8hrs in the fat burn zone. It's common for it to be like this. Normal?

Nothing's changed yet I'm gaining weight suddenly.
ARGHHHHHHHH! I am really frustrated right now. My weight has steadily increased the past two weeks. And I don't understand why. My food imtake hasn't changed. My exercise has gone up if anything. But so has my weight and measurements! Where am I going wrong?

Beginner gym tips?
Hi everyone I have recently opened a gym membership. It's at one of those basic 24 hour ones in the hope I squeeze in some workouts. My goal is to lose a stone and also to get stronger. Can anyone explain in basic terms what sort of gym work I should do. I can't do much lower body at present due to a running injury. Thanks!
