Is eating chicken and broccoli for every meal dangerous?
Amateur here but Ive meal prepped chicken and broccoli for an entire week, 2 meals a day. Is it unhealthy to keep this up?

So, one strategy that kind of works is to go eat out somewhere, but get a second empty "togo" plate... then cut your food in half... and put it away before you even start eating.
