So, one strategy that kind of works is to go eat out somewhere, but get a second empty "togo" plate... then cut your food in half... and put it away before you even start eating.

I find that i'm full with just the half serving... then 3 hours later... i disintegrate the second half. lol

Anybody else have strategies that work?
