anyone a Carrie Underwood fan?
I do cardio workouts when I exercise, which is basically running, I used to run every day and it didn't bother me, now i never feel like running and when I do start running I get bored and stop. Does anyone have an idea of how I can be motivated to run??
I'm sort of new to MFP and I am trying to lose some weight, but I can not stray from the sweets. I'm fighting a losing battle with chocolate. haha. Does anyone have a suggestion for what I can do? or a food that might get rid of the cravings?
