Wii Fit Plus?
Does anyone use the Wii Fit as part of their exercise routine? I just purchased one today, and I think it's a fun way to keep my mind off the fact that I'm exercising. Before I knew it, it told me I'd burned over 250 calories!

Since I'm just starting out, I like to see how people look. It's inspirational because I know they did it doing the same thing I'm doing, so I know I'll get there one day. :)

Elliptical vs. Treadmill
Which do you prefer? Which one burns more calories? I've been using my treadmill every day for 20-30 minutes burning between 200 and 250 calories. Does the elliptical give you better results?
