Back to MFP after a year away - my ultimate goal is to lose 65 lbs in total - this is what I am doing: NET Goal at 1000 calories. I am eating around 1500 and then burning off the rest to reach the net 1000. Eating back all my exercise calories for now. Lost 5lbs in one week - prob just water weight. Wish me luck!

Whats wrong with me today?!
I ate 95% of my calories for breakfast :( Stressed because my 14 daughter is flying without me for the first time this morning.

Hi everyone! I am new here... Have 50+ pounds to lose. Just downloaded the iPhone app too... Actually that's how I found out about this site. Hopefully I can have better luck here than with all the other sites I have tried! :)
