Back to MFP after a year away - my ultimate goal is to lose 65 lbs in total - this is what I am doing:

NET Goal at 1000 calories.
I am eating around 1500 and then burning off the rest to reach the net 1000. Eating back all my exercise calories for now.
Lost 5lbs in one week - prob just water weight.
