Hey, Just looking for folks to chat to and get ideas from...looking to lose 20 pounds. I just started bodypump this week and will be doing bodycombat and body attack as well. :D Using MFP to keep my calories down a bit but I'm not super strict either Just using it to help me not eat all of the cookies and pies.
