Kettlebell stupid question
Hi, I bought a set of three kettlebells and plan on using them in my exercise regimen. I can't find kettlebell when I type in my exercise activity. I have NO way to know how to calculate them. Am I just not typing in correctly? I looked under both types and nothing comes up. Help would be appreciated! Thanks!!

i have no idea how to calculate calories burned
I just did a Billy Blanks cardio dancing video. I did a 5 minute warm up, 10 minutes of disco style, 2 minutes toning of arms, 10 minutes of African style, 2 minutes of leg toning and 5 minute cool down. My heart rate was up but I have no idea how to log my calories. Anyone able to lead me in the right direction?

Calorie goal for the day too low....
After reading some of the threads here about BMR and TDEE (?), I was really concerned about the daily calorie goal MFP set for me. MFP said my BMR was around 1472. But it set my DCG as 1210. When I went to that site that was given on the other thread, it said my BMR was around 1526. Then it said I should be eating no less…

Why is there so much sodium in everything! A soup labeled "Healthy Request" shouldn't have 800+mg of sodium in it!!!
