Well, eighteen months ago, got cholesterol tested and it was 6.8. So, well above what it should be and made a reasonable effort to get it down. exercise
well, my weight seems to have stuck at 90kg and refusing to budge, even though I hovering around the 1200+ mark. Got badminton tonight and thursday to, hopefully that will burn up a few calories get the old metabolism moving again.

Calorie Goals
My calorie goals have changed automatically. Is this part of the software? It was 1200 but now over 1800. Change it back. Any ideas anyone? :glasses:

I am seeing some posts on here which are quite concerning. But, are they genuine? Anorexic posts - people looking to lose weight whereas they should be looking to gain it. Probably not the forum for puling legs, is it? That is for facebook realms.

Calorie counting
Now that they dont have the calories on any food nutritional labels as it is all in Kj, which is Kilojoules, I find it a bit easier to talk in calories. So, just divide it roughly by 4 (actually 4.2), so 4 more or less does it.
