too much fiber?
I continue to go way over my fiber compared to what mfp says I should be having... is this okay? I'm still under calories most days, drinking lots of water, and am excercising and have lost weight. I'm happy with what I'm eating, and I'm losing. So is it okay that I am eating more fiber?

exercise calories--who to believe?
Twice now I've logged exercise and what mfp tells me is way off from what the elliptical machine told me at the Y.... like mfp said 500 and something calories burned, but the elliptical told me 300ish... so which is right? workout=cardio and some strength tr. should I be eating prior to workout? if so, how long before? what about after working out?
