Hi I notice that it says you can eat more calories if you burn them during exercise. Is this right? I am set at 1200 calories and go to the gym 3/4 a week and usually burn between 400-500 calories - should I be eating those extra calories - does it help with the weight loss? Just wondering as in the past I have eaten 1200…
:laugh: How many times have I said that but this time I will do it. Basically managed to lose nearly 5 stone over past 3 years but have slowly begun to bring back old habits and a stone has crept upon me before I knew it!! Feeling miserble about it all and desperate to lose it and another stone. So a huge hello from me!!
