Limit carbs
So what is a comfortable amount of carbs? Would anyone let me follow their food diary who limits their carbs? Im not saying Adkins low just taking some monitoring.

Protein shakes
So any recommendations for low sugar/moderate calorie pre-make protein shakes? I am going to use it for breakfast and a late afternoon/pre-workout snack. I kind of think a lot of them taste chalky. That is one of my hang ups with the whole thing.

Bootcamp alternative?
Last winter I did a bootcamp for about 3 months 2-3 times per week at a local gym. I didn't think it produced any results, but now that I haven't been doing it I noticed it did help. Any advice on a video to do the same thing? I am looking for about 30 minutes, with more strenghth training then cardio.
