It can't be bad, right? Today they are: A- 539%, and C-320%. Now if I could get my iron and calcium higher...

Anyone else have this problem? I cold turkeyed off of it just over a year ago, but I was on it for almost 4 years.
Is there a salt substitute that actually tastes close to salt? I know there are a ton of sugar substitutes out there, but the only salt ones I have heard of are Mrs Dash, which is OK, but tastes nothing like salt.
