I have been using Nike Training Club workouts on iPhone. I really wish they had a calorie counter on it though. Anybody have estimates of calories burned for the workouts on there? Thinking I should probably break down and buy a heart rate monitor and see what it says while I am actually working out.

I love Bear Naked Vanilla Almond Crunch. It is not quite low in fat and calories though - which is why it tastes so yummy I know. Just looking for some other suggestions. I mainly stick to adding granola to yogurt with fruit.
