Weekly weight Loss goal too ambitious?
I need a little bit of advice regarding my weekly goal: I am 5'8 and 173lbs and on MFP I have a goal of 2 pounds a week but I dont think I'm losing that much even by netting 1200 cals and exercising daily. I have ideally 18lbs to lose, so is 2lbs a week too much for that goal? Any advice is appreciated :)
