Going over my limit in calories, but not gaining weight??
According to MFP, I should eat 1640 calories a day to maintain my weight. I usually always eat back my "calories burned" from excersing (around 400) and probably 100-200 more! So in total, I usually eat 2,100 calories a day. I'm only 18 so I'm wondering if it is okay for me to be eating these extra calories since I am not…
