How do I log a kettle bell workout?
Anyone know how to log a Kettle Bell Workout? It doesn't seem to be in the system. I use one of Jillian Michaels DVD's and it's about 25 minutes long. Since it's a combination of strength and cardio, I don't know how to add it....

Just starting to run and now this?
I have never been a runner, so I thought I would try it. I started slowly, using the couch to 5k program. I have been back on MFP faithfully since July 14. I have counted calories, logged my food, exercised everyday. I have only lost 4lbs in those 6 or so weeks. biking verses walking
I find bike riding much easier (less demanding, physically) than walking. I notice when I log my exercise, however, that I can burn 188 calories on a 25 minute bike ride, but to burn the same amount of calories on a walk, I have to go 44 minutes. Why does this not make sense to me? It seems to me that I should burn more…

Is anyone else a diabetic?
I am diabetic and have been most of my life. (Juvenile) I have heard that it is harder for diabetics to lose weight, and that the more insulin you take , the more fat your body will hold on to. Is this true?

Anyone found cures for a sweet tooth? I keep trying fruit, but it doesn't really help. I'm really craving some chocolate :0)

Crystal Light Packs
I'm not much of a water drinker, but I love the Crystal Light "to go" packs. I add them to a bottle of water and can drink 3-4 bottles a day. Does this still count as drinking water?
