How would you deal with this?
I had a scotch pie today, the make wasn't in the system and the packaging doesn't have any calorie information on it. How would you go about adding this into your diary? Would you just try and find an equivalent scotch pie and hope that they were roughly equal in calories?

How do people on here deal with home baked goods in terms of adding them into their plans? How do you calculate how many calories etc are in a slice?

I usually drink water by the pint but I'm unsure how to convert this to the glasses measuring method used on here. Roughly how many glasses of water is in a pint?
