Hello, I've been doing SL 5x5 for 6 months though had a 2 month break in there due to some injury due to bad squat form. I've corrected my squat form and doing pretty good, I think. I'm new to the group and finally tracking my food/macros with IIFYM numbers to hopefully get better fuel and a bit of weight loss. Hoping to…
