i know it is a good idea to weigh yourself in the morning, but i dont have a scale so i do it when i go into the gym in the morning after i eat breakfast. Should i weight myself before or after i work out?
Does any one have a good work out plan they use or have using in the past that worked. when i go to the gym i mostly do my lower body, but i need to start getting more into the abs and upper body. if it is to gain muscle or just to get tone i would love to hear from you :)
