Work Out Plans

Does any one have a good work out plan they use or have using in the past that worked. when i go to the gym i mostly do my lower body, but i need to start getting more into the abs and upper body. if it is to gain muscle or just to get tone i would love to hear from you :)

    Since I injured my knee last month I have been doing upper body only workouts that my trainer came up for me. I can share that with you if you like. Just PM me for details.
