Do any of you save the calories that you get from exercise (like for the weekend, as an example)? Sort of the way that Weight Watchers allows?
Hi, this is my first post here. The program says that I have to eat 1,200 calories a day. Today I have a kick boxing class and that gives me 417 calories to add on to my 1,200. 1,617 calories seems like lots of food to eat in one day to me...do I have to use up all the calories? Thanks!!
